Our Shipping Method, Pricing, & Average Delivery Time:

We ship our orders via either Canada Post Xpresspost or Purolator Express.

  • Canada Post Xpresspost – Estimated 1-3 business days* ($5.00)
    PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post holds packages at their depot for a maximum of 10 days before returning to sender.  

  • Purolator Express – Estimated 1-2 business days* ($15.00)
    PLEASE NOTE: Purolator holds packages at their depot for a maximum of 5 days before returning to sender.  

PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season there may be shipping delays. 

Orders made after 5:30 am PST. will ship out the following business day.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada Post Xpresspost – 1-3 business days*

  • Purolator Express – 1-2 business days*

A signature is required upon delivery, and shipments can only be sent to the shipping address associated with your account. You can change this shipping address filling out an address amendment form.

Please note that we cannot ship outside of Canada.

* Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and may take longer for certain locations. Broken Coast Cannabis Ltd. can not be held accountable for delays in carrier delivery .
 

PO Boxes and FlexDelivery Addresses

Only Canada Post will deliver to both PO boxes and FlexDelivery accounts. If Purolator is selected for these addresses, there may be unexpected delays and/or the package will be delivered to the nearest Purolator depot.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order can be cancelled any time before it has shipped*. In the "My Account" section of the website, you will see Email and verbal order cancellations will be accepted.

Late Deliveries

If an order hasn't arrived and it is past its expected delivery date, please contact us to start an investigation. If the order is delivered late*, Broken Coast Cannabis Ltd. will issue a coupon for free shipping on a future order. If investigation discovers that the order has been lost*, Broken Coast Cannabis Ltd. will refund the total amount of the order.

*The definition of a “late” or “lost” delivery is subject to the result of the investigation carried out by the shipping company. Investigations may take up to 10 business day.
 

RETURN POLICY

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase by sending any remaining product back to Broken Coast Cannabis along with a written note indicating the reason for return. Broken Coast will only issue a refund for up to 10 grams per strain for a maximum of 30 grams per order. Any product returned to us has to be destroyed and cannot be resold or returned to you; please consider this when ordering strains you have not tried before.

Only the returned portion of the product can be credited towards your prescription order limit, regardless of what portion of the order was refunded.
